systematized lead-gen engine look like today—content, outbound, partnerships, or
something else—and how do you instrument it so it’s predictable?
Answer: Create a podcast that does all the above. - “Foot-in-the-door” offers often accelerate sales cycles. What are the hallmarks of a
great FITD offer for B2B services now, and how do you productize and price it without
undercutting core engagements?
Answer: Something easy to sell and delegate to your team. Do with the client and make them
feel they helped build the plan to the next step. - AI in agency operations is evolving fast. Where are you actually seeing measurable
ROI from AI agents or automation—onboarding, QA, project management, knowledge
management—and what pitfalls should leaders avoid?
Answer: Trying to replace a human with AI is a mistake. Use AI to turn your team into superman. - Pricing & profitability: What’s your current take on value-based pricing vs. retainers
vs. performance models—and which operational metrics must be in place before an
agency can safely raise prices?
Answer: It depends on the agency and their model. - Readiness to sell: You’ve talked about preparing your own agency for an 8-figure exit.
What are the 3–4 buyer-validated systems or KPIs that most directly increase valuation
multiples?
Answer: MRR, EBITA over million, predictable income, systems that allow the owner to be a
CEO - For agency founders attending the webinar—if they implement just one playbook
change in the first 30 days, what would you prescribe, and what result should they
expect by day 90?
Answer: Raise prices.
